Audio Off issue

Audio Off issue
My top screen says "audio off" and haven't been able to listen to the radio, Bluetooth audio or anything else for that matter. Did a diagnostic test and there's Yellow lines (instead of green) going from the DCU to the Head unit and other things (seen in the picture). I did a total factory reset to try and solve the issue but that only made it worse because it deleted the Navigation feature and also the backup camera doesn't come on. The speakers work, and I can hear the beeping noise when I press a button. But that all. Can someone help

Re: Audio Off issue
Hey,
It would be helpful to know the year of this q50 since there has been several updates to the infotainment systems through the years.
The self diag feature isnt really that helpful in diagnosing issues unless you have a factory scan tool with you. My opinion on this is just a guess since any diag requires an inspection.
With that being said, we (Infiniti service) have had several issues with the DCU (top screen). I believe your dcu may be failing. there may be a software update available for it. but since youve reset it, youll need to reconfigure it first. A lot of dealerships are willing to help you out even if youre past the factory warranty. It may be worth taking it to a dealer and making a little bit of a fuss.
Hope this helps.
If youre in the DFW area, I can take a look at it for you.
